Shena and Rukmani Toppers in Civil Services 2012
Shena Aggarwal and Rukmani Riar, from small towns of Haryana and Punjab have topped India’s most prestigious exam, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for appointment to the civil services.
